Here at Carnation we believe in walking that extra mile for the customer. In an effort to serve our customers better, we have implemented some of the best practices from the industry from across the globe. Our partnership with Magneti Marelli (A $7.5 Billion Fiat Group company based in Italy and a worldwide leader in the auto component and independent aftermarket service segment), will enable us to service premium cars of brands like Honda, Skoda, Hyundai, Fiat, Volkswagen, Mercedes and BMW.

We understand that car service, even though a routine job, may be a cause for some anxiety for a car owner. It may require a customer to plan his day in advance and where he may even end up spending most of a day at the workshop to get his car serviced or repaired. Carnation gives its customers an option of booking a service on its website: http://www.carnation.in/Requestaservice.php. The customer can drop his car at the nearest Carnation hub, where the Customer Advisor will have a detailed discussion on the jobs to be done. It is then the responsibility of the Customer Advisor to take care that the car is serviced as per the specifications and delivered to the customer as committed. The customer also has the option of relaxing in the Customer Lounge, which gives a view of the workshop where his car is being worked upon. This gives the customer added confidence.

We have customer lounges overlooking to work bays. Regular SMS updates. Transparency in ways at arriving at estimates by correct identification of the jobs that needs to be done.
We have "Customer Advisors" - their responsibility is to advise the customers to help them bring down their total cost of ownership as well as enhance their ownership experience. We can do that because we are an "independent" multi-brand automotive service company. We do not represent any specific manufacturers. Our Customer Advisors are highly knowledgeable, experiences and trained to always give honest, straightforward and accurate advice to our customers.
