While currently there are no national players offering standardized car service packages, Carnation with a national footprint has an offering for the various target audience. For the corporates particularly, Carnation has schemes worked out to suit to that particular corporate. In our endeavor to serve our customers better, we attempt to work out tailor made schemes according to the need of the corporate, basis the employee owned, corporate owned and the total number of cars.
Carnation approaches the corporates in the catchment area of the Hubs, so that it is convenient for the employees of the corporate in that area. Once the car is in our Hub, it is the responsibility of the Customer Advisor to take care that the car and see to it that it is free of any flaw. Alternatively, the customer also has the option of waiting in the Customer Lounge.
Once the corporate decides to go ahead with Carnation, the employees need to show his Identification Card as a proof to be able to avail the service. The benefits to the customer are given basis this Card. Some of the areas on which the customer is likely to get benefit are service labour, value added services and interior cleaning & vacuuming. But all these will be on a case-to-case basis. As always, our aim is to have a long term sustained relationship with the corporate employees.
