Carnation evaluates your old car and gives the price. The price of the old car, net of any loan outstanding is made as down payment to the new car. The balance amount can be financed or paid outright. Once the loan is disbursed or the balance payment made, the new car is delivered to you.

Yes the warranty is applicable on a new car being purchased through Carnation. We are only facilitating you to purchase the new car in exchange. The warranty and other facilities provided by the manufacturer and the new car dealer are applicable. However, for warranty & services during the warranty period you need to take the car to the respective dealer workshops only.

You can buy new car through Carnation even without exchange.

Selling of the car is also possible through Carnation even without an exchange.
