. How well trained are your technicians? All our technicians are highly skilled from various companies. The average experience of technician is 6-7 years. |

. What are the prices for the services? We have 2 different kinds of services available, Xpress Service & Signature Service. Xpress Service is done after every 5000 Kms and Signature Service is done after every 10000 Kms. Or as required as per the condition of the vehicle . In addition to these we have a number of packages for brakes , wipers , washing , door lubrication etc. supported by world class VAS by 3M . |

. How different are the prices of WOW different from prices at hub ? The labor charges for servicing through WOW are slightly higher than the hub, which takes care of cost involved in travelling to the customer location & takes into account the running of our generator & compressor on board the WOW . |

. How can you lift the vehicle for washing / repairs ? We have a 3 tonne Jack available with our vehicle, we lift the vehicle to a certain height and we can then do the repair works required. |

. How genuine are the spare parts? We at Carnation purchase the spares from the OES. |

. What warranty on the spare parts do you give? A 3 month warranty is given on all the spares, both at hub and WOW. |

.What is it you cannot do with this vehicle which can happen at workshop? Wheel Alignment , major repairs & body painting & repair are the only activities that cannot be performed through WOW, since the unit of Wheel Alignment is quite big to carry in a Car. |

. How can you do underbody washing of the car? We can do the underbody washing of the car with the existing washing system , also we have a special high pressure Bosch Washer for doing the underbody washing of the car. The car can also be slightly lifted / tilted using a Jack . |

. How will you wash the car? We have 2 different kinds of washing available with us, Water Wash & Waterless Wash. Waterless washing is done with a solution Dry Wash of Dry Guard from USA and is approved by Many international brands. This solution is used for cleaning of airplanes and Carnation is the 1st company in India to use this solution for car washing. Waterless washing is as good as pressurized washing and leaves a thin coat of polish over the car . |

. Do you provide 24 hours service? Currently we do not provide 24 Hrs service, but we will be starting this service in near future. |

. Do you provide breakdown service with WOW? No, we do not provide breakdown service with this vehicle. The WOW is only meant for scheduled servicing & Value added services for which we are partnered by 3M . |

. Do you have Annual Maintenance Contract? No, currently we do not have any AMC, but we will start in the near future . |

. How much time is required to service the vehicle? The time required to service the vehicle is about 2 hrs. |

. What kind of discounts are you offering? Currently we do not offer any discounts. The saving of time is more than any discount |

. What engine oil do you use? We use Castrol GTX, but on demand of customer, we can use other grades of Oil from Castrol. |

. Can I use my own lubes for my Vehicle? No, the lubes and parts from outside cannot be accepted. |

. What value added services do you provide? We have a Joint Venture with 3M and we use all the VAS products of 3M. We provide different kinds of VAS services Eg. paint protection , Exterior beautification , Interior enrichment for upholstery , Engine coat , Interior panel protection , Engine Rejuvnation , AC Disinfectant , Engine flushing , Engine Oil Additive , Radiator flush , Radiator additive , fuel additive & Many More" |
